Our Roasted Garlic Mackerel is packed in Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil and roasted Organic garlic for a subtle flavor that highlights the texture of the fish. Delicious & Nutritious: our tinned fish are an excellent source of Protein, Omega-3s, and are an excellent source of iron & vitamin B-12.
