Fall Birch Trees Landscape Stained Glass Mosaic Panel

Description

This gorgeous stained-glass mosaic features an autumn forest landscape with birch trees, colorful fallen leaves, and a small stream. It has been created using hand-cut transparent and translucent stained glass adhered to a clear sheet of glass and permanently mounted into a lovely repurposed solid wood frame (15 1/4 " x 12 1/4" measured to frame outer edge). The mosaic has been grouted with an alabaster-colored grout and includes a hanging kit. Glass on glass (GOG) mosaics blends the transparency of modern stained glass with the intricacy of mosaics. The result is a detailed piece of artwork that "glows" when light is transmitted thru it. The glass artworks look beautiful when they are backlit by natural light. Intended for indoor display. All windows and most frames used for these artworks are vintage. Small imperfections/ signs of character, and age like scratches or dings may be present.
